  • I feel that AOB's approach compared to other spaces or programs you’ve been part of is meaningful through the actions of emotional support in creating a space that is safe to be vulnerable, honest, and encouragement to grow. i feel respected within the space and no judgment from anyone in the cohort, which provides me the care and warmth to safely open up during our open discussions.

  • Leader in flow cohort has impacted my way of care for myself by nurturing self-compassion from within. this cohort has guided me to reconnect with my intuition and understanding of self worth. throughout the program, we have been cared for with self-love practices that i am starting to implement more into my own daily rituals- such as affirmations, meditation, etc.

  • The workshop felt supportive, no judgement, blissful, serenity - I truly feel a connection with strangers and that's a amazing thing to accomplish through Zoom. The comfort of being in your own space allows you to open up but also being in an environment surrounded by similar energy but strangers puts you outside your comfort zone and that level of uncomfort brings the growth
