Choose Your Energy Exchanges *

At AOB, we believe value can be shared in many ways; your time, creativity, and community care are just as meaningful as money. This is why we offer Energy Exchanges as a pathway to help cover part of your cohort cost. As you choose, take a moment to check in with yourself. Part of our practice together will be accountability and boundaries so we invite you to commit only to what feels realistic, loving, and aligned with your capacity. You may select up to $125 total in Energy Exchanges (each exchange has a set value). Please choose the ones you’d like to commit to (you can select more than one):

$75 → Have a friend join the cohort

$50 → Host us at your org for a 5–10 min talk OR create a list of 5 orgs AOB can connect with (bonus $20 if you directly introduce us)

$50 → Share content from your journey (photos, reflections, reels we can repost)

$25 → Skill share: lead a 5–10 min meditation, ritual, poem, or creative activity (limited spots)

$25–$50 → Share a testimonial, artwork, or reflection from your cohort journey for our website/social (guidelines will be shared)

Timeline Agreement *

At least 3 exchanges must be completed by Week 3 of the cohort. We’ll have check-ins to keep everything clear and supportive.
